Lesson 8: Counters

~This week I am having you build a deck based off a type of counter.
~Stipulation 1. Most monsters must have an effect concerning said type of counter.
~Stipulation 2. Spells and Traps (other than staples) should concern said counters.
~Stipulation 3. Extra deck must follow Stipulation (1).
~Everything else in the deck is yours to decide.
